Japanese Knotweed Removal Demonstration - Wednesday Aug 13

Lewis Creek Association will hold a demonstration event and Q&A with consultant Mike Bald (of Got Weeds?), LCA staff, and our knotweed removal technicians on August 13, from 8 AM - 12 PM. This event will describe our work and plans removing Japanese knotweed at both of our knotweed removal sites (in Starksboro at Cota Field, and in Ferrisburgh on Old Hollow Rd). Full details of the morning are below. Please feel free to show up at either site at the times given below, or sign up for our e-mail list here to get more information about this and other knotweed-related events. If you have questions, please e-mail Kate here.

The Ferrisburgh site is in the Hollow in North Ferrisburgh (where Lewis Creek crosses under Old Hollow Rd). Parking is as follows:

There is a small pull-off on the north side of the road, on the east side of the bridge, that you can park in if there is space. If that area is full, you can park at the house at 710 Old Hollow Rd (pull down this driveway, and park to the right side before you get to the barn).  Below is a screenshot of the area that might be helpful.
